In accordance with the decision of Parliament, which is made in the order under section 67 and 69 in the manner set out in article 1 of Decree, provides for: (2 February 2007/67) the selection of the representatives of the first term of the Parliament is elected from among the representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe for five and an equal number of alternates.
