The presentation of the Minister for Justice is governed by the Law of 26 May 1989. (103/89) Under Articles 51 and 57:

ARTICLE 1

The association register shall comprise the association (103/89) , including the annexes, and the list of associations using automatic data processing or otherwise.

ARTICLE 2 (21/05/2015)

The basic, change and discharge declarations provided for in the association shall be made by means of a form established by the Patents and Registration Board. The necessary annexes shall be attached to the notification. Notifications shall be submitted to the Patents and Registration Board.

The Patents and Registration Board keeps the forms available to the public.

§ 2a. (8.12.1995/13)

The notification referred to in Article 2 or the application referred to in Article 55 of the Law on Associations shall be made subject to the prescribed fee.

The notification or application shall not be deemed to have been made until the payment is made.

ARTICLE 3

If the certificate issued by the official translation service referred to in Article 51 of the Law of the Uniform Act has not been submitted in the form of a statement of reasons or changes, it shall be submitted within six months of the date of notification, that the association shall not: May be registered as a bilingual or that a change in the rules is lapsed.

An application for prior checking of the rules or amendments referred to in Article 55 of the Unions Act shall be made in writing, accompanied by the rules or amendments thereto. (29.9.2010)

§ 4

The list shall be included in the list:

1) the name and home municipality of the association;

(2) the date of arrival and the species, the date of registration and the registration number;

(3) rules governing the registration of the name of the association, as well as the full name, address, home and personal identification number of the Chairperson and other person entitled to write the name of the association alone or in association with another person; or Date of birth; (16,1994/1266)

(4) prior checking of the rules and their amendment;

(6) the closure of the association's property and the end of the bankruptcy procedure, a warning issued to the association and a temporary prohibition of action, liquidators or trustees appointed to the association or trustees, and other members of the register; Necessary information.

§ 5

Associations, changes in their statutes, changes in the names of the authors and ex-ante checks shall be registered in the chronological order in which decisions are taken on the registration. The new association shall be given the number of the registration number assigned to the current series.

If two or more declarations have been lodged at the same time, in which the associations are named the same name, the name of the privilege shall be the association with which the notification was made first. During the period of validity of the decision on the ex-ante verification, the name shall not be registered with the name of another association if the notification of the latter has been made after the ex ante verification Of the Decision.

ARTICLE 6

The notifications, together with the annexes, shall be combined with documents which are kept in the order of the registration numbers.

The application for prior checking of the rules, together with the annexes and the decision on the ex ante verification, shall be maintained for two years from the date of adoption of the decision. In the event of an association being entered in the register in the course of this period, the said documents shall be annexed to the file referred to in paragraph 1. The file shall also be accompanied by the documents relating to the prior checking of the change in the rules.

§ 7

On the basis of the declaration of landing or for any other reason, the associations deleted from the register shall be kept in the register, including the name of the association, the registered office and the registration number. The documents of such associations shall be kept separate from the order of the registration numbers.

ARTICLE 10 (16,1994/1266)

The Patents and Registration Board shall issue extracts from the association register and copies of the documents at its disposal for payment of the documents at its disposal. The extracts are confirmed by the Patents and Registration Board. (21/05/2015)

The Government of Patents and Registration may disclose information on the entries made in the Register of Associations and of the documents in its possession, including in writing, in writing, by means of a technical service or by any other machine-readable Format. (21/05/2015)

The document produced by means of automated data processing from the association register can be signed mechanically. This must be stated in the document.

ARTICLE 11

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1990. The Regulation repeals the decision of the Council of Ministers of 25 September 1924 on the keeping of a register and local association lists (244/24) .

Entry into force and application of amending acts:

16.12.1994/1266:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1995.

8.12.1995/1384:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1996.

29.9.2011/1055:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 2011.

21/05/2015:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 2015.
