The presentation of the Minister for Justice is governed by the Law of 5 April 1930 (109/30) (3) and Article 30, as referred to in the Law of 27 March 1987. (169/87) :

ARTICLE 1 (22/09/1031)

A permit to set up a foundation can only be given if the value of the assets for the foundation is at least eur 25 000. However, the creation of a foundation to be set up in the will may be authorised if the value of the assets corresponds to the amount needed to set up the foundation during the work of the will.

ARTICLE 2 (16,1994/1265)

When applying for a change to the Foundation's rules or for the consent of the Foundation for the purposes of a modification or suspension of the Foundation's rules, the application shall state the reasons on which it is based. The application shall be accompanied by a certified copy of the minutes of each meeting in which it has been decided and, in addition to the amendment to the Foundation's rules, the amended Rules of the Foundation as a whole.

When applying for an exemption from the requirements referred to in Article 9 (2) of the Foundation Act, the application shall state the reasons on which it is based. Where an application concerns a person, the application shall indicate the full name, address, residence and Finnish identity number of the person or, in the absence thereof, the date of birth.

The decision to give consent to the closure of the Foundation shall be provided for the preservation of the Foundation's accounting material and key documents.

The notification to the Foundation Register shall be accompanied by an explanation of the measures relating to the termination of the Foundation and the final statement.

In the government of the patent and registry office, the Foundation shall keep an alphabetical list in accordance with the name of the Foundation or in any other way. This list shall be included in the list of applications and notifications made to the Government of the Patent and Registration under the terms of the Foundation's authorisation and the establishment of the rules, as well as the granting of a patent to the Board of Directors, and And the decisions of the registries. That list shall also be entered in accordance with Article 13 (2) of the Law on Foundations, on the documents submitted to the Government of the Patent and Registration, for the Board of Patents and Registration for the purposes of the Foundation's supervision, and Article 15 of the Foundation Act. And the measures of the authority referred to in Chapter 3 of the Act.

When the Foundation is not subject to the control of the government of patents and registries, this shall be entered in the list referred to in paragraph 1.

ARTICLE 6

Foundations shall be entered in the register by means of sequential numbers in the order in which they have been registered. After registration, the register shall be entered in the register at the Foundation's number.

The notification of the registration of the Foundation and the statement of amendments referred to in Articles 10b and 22 of the Foundation Act shall be made using the format laid down by the Government of the Patents and Registration. Forms will be available free of charge from the patent and registries government.

§ 8

The notification of the registration of the Foundation, together with the annexes, shall consist of a file with the registration number of the Foundation. Following the registration of the Foundation, the notices to the Foundation Register and any documents other than those relating to the Foundation referred to in Article 9 shall be linked to the above-mentioned file.

The financial statements, operational and audit reports submitted to the Patents and Registration Board, and other reports obtained for the purpose of the supervision of the Foundation, shall be accompanied by a separate file, which shall be equipped with: With a registration number.

The Board of Patents and the Registration Office shall provide, in exchange for a fee, extracts from the Foundation Register and copies of the documents relating thereto, except for the balance sheet specifications and information referred to in Article 24 of the Law on Foundations. The extracts of the extracts shall be established by the Government of the Patent and Registration.

The Government of Patents and Registration may disclose information on the entries entered in the Register of Foundations and the documents in its possession, including in writing, in writing, by means of a technical service or by any other machine-readable Format.

The document produced by means of automated data processing from the Foundation register can be signed mechanically. This must be stated in the document.

ARTICLE 10

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1990.

This Regulation repeals the Foundation Regulation of 30 April 1987. (441/87) .

Entry into force and application of amending acts:

16.12.1994/1265:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1995.

22.11.2001/10:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2002.
