Regulation on protection areas for certain areas owned by the State

The Environment Minister's presentation is provided for in the Nature Conservation Act of 23 February 1923 (71/23) (2) and the Law of 30 September 1988 on the formation of certain State-owned areas (851/88) Pursuant to:

ARTICLE 1

Law of 30 September 1988 on the formation of certain state-owned territories as protected areas (10,19) Shall be prohibited in the protected areas:

(1) drainage, incorporation of soil and damage to land and bedrock;

2) construction of buildings, roads and structures;

(3) chopping of peat land;

(4) the killing, capture and accumulation of wild-vertebrate animals and the capture and collection of invertebrate animals with the following exceptions; and

(5) other measures which may change the natural water balance of the Marsh.

The Ministry of the Environment may prohibit the collection and collection of specimens of herbaceous plant species in the war protection area.

ARTICLE 2

ARTICLE 3

(5) with the permission of the Ministry of the Environment, which has been adversely affected by excessive reproduction or for any other reason;

(6) the measures necessary to restore the natural development of the region;

(7) measures for the maintenance of roads, structures and electricity and telephone lines in the area;

(8) reindeer husbane and the measures necessary for it;

(9) the measures necessary to protect the area and its environment from forest fires;

(10) measures necessary for bathing, fire-keeping, civil protection, guarding and monitoring the borders of the kingdom, and surveying and surveying;

(11) measures which are necessary for telegraph, telephone or radio, or geologic research or prospecting, provided that the Ministry of the Environment is authorised; and

(12) other measures necessary for the appropriate management and use of the protection area and approved by the Ministry of the Environment.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 1, a new 400 + 110 kV power line to replace the current 110 kV power lines shall be replaced by a new 400 + 110 kV power line. The power management shall be constructed and maintained in such a way that the measures do not jeopardise the natural water economy, vegetation or bird life of the war protection area. (27/02/2015)

§ 4

Where appropriate, a management and use plan shall be drawn up for the management and use of the protection area. The plan is confirmed by the Ministry of the Environment.

§ 5

The provisions that allow certain measures to be adopted in the areas of the protection of the war are not the basis for any broader right than the rest of the party concerned.

The provisions on the protection of the protection area of the war zone will be endemic after the closure of the borders of the region.

ARTICLE 6

The protected areas are under the control and management of the forestry government.

§ 7

More detailed provisions on the implementation of this Regulation shall be provided by the Ministry of the Environment.

Guidelines on the demarcation of the border control areas are given by the Earth Measurement Government.

§ 8

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 December 1988.
