The presentation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the State Council has decided to: section 1 (28.12.1994/1535) in the context of the Ministry of Justice is the coordination of the preparation of the saamelaisväestöä for the single and within the authority of the Advisory Board.
Article 2 of the Convention set by the Council of State for a period of four years at a time.
Advisory Board is chaired by the Governor of the province of Lapland, and twelve members, each of which is a personal Deputy member. The members of one of representation of the Legal Department, one of the Education Ministry, one of the Ministry of agriculture and forestry, one of his home office, one työministeriötä and one of the Ministry of the environment. Six members of the Advisory Board shall be appointed by the Sami Parliament. (28 December 1995/1729)
Vice-Chairman of the Advisory Board is a member representing the Minister of Justice. Article 3 (28.12.1994/1535) the Advisory Board shall be to: 1) prepare and make proposals to the Government for the measures, the recommendations of the Nordic Council for the saamelaisväestöä call, and the work of the Sami in the Nordic countries on yhteistyökysymyksiä;
2) keep track of the Sámi in the legal, economic, social and cultural conditions and employment conditions, and the achievement of the objectives of regional policy development, as well as the Sami homeland and to make initiatives and proposals on these matters to the relevant ministries; as well as 3) to provide to the Council of State, the ministries and the Government of the province of Lapland travel reviews on saamelaisväestöä.

The Advisory Board may be invited to appear before the experts.
section 5: Negotiating a labour affairs. It comprises the Chair or Vice Chair, as well as one of the State authorities, and one member of the Advisory Board of saamelaisvaltuuskuntaa, representative of the number of the elect from among its members.
The Advisory Board may set other chambers.
Article 6 of the Convention usually meets in the territory of province of Lapland.
section 7 of the Negotiating is otherwise valid, what state committees.
Article 8 This decision shall enter into force with effect from 1 January 1988 and within the municipality is repealed on 30 September 1960, of the Council of State decision (401/60), as amended.
The current term of Office of the Board shall end on 31 December 1987, and the new Advisory Board for the period from 1 January 1988 for four-year terms.
The change of the date of entry into force and the application of the acts: 28.12.1994/1535: This decision shall enter into force on 1 January 1995.
of 28 December 1995/1729: This decision shall enter into force on 31 December 1995.
Before the entry into force of the Convention set out in this decision, the term of Office will run until 31 March 1996. The new Advisory Board for the period from 1 April 1996 for four-year terms.
