The presentation of the Minister for Justice provides:

ARTICLE 1

The court or tribunal shall inform the relevant authority of any decision by which a person has been sentenced to a special action for the purpose of the offence.

ARTICLE 2

For the purposes of drawing up the electoral register, the court or tribunal shall notify the census of the population register of a decision by which someone has been sentenced under Article 5 (1) of the Statutes of the Order of the President of the Republic, (392/69) (2) or Chapter 15 of the criminal code Articles 3 or 4 shall be punishable by a criminal offence which results in the loss of the right to vote in national elections.

The court or tribunal shall inform the relevant Evangelical Lutheran congregation of its decision to sentence the member of the Evangelical Lutheran congregation to the sentence referred to in paragraph 1 or to the punishment for any other criminal offence for which: Pursuant to Article 269 (2) of the Church Law, the loss of the right to vote is followed by the elections of the Evangelical Lutheran Church.

Chapter 15 of the Criminal L, referred to in paragraph 1, has been repealed by L to amend the Criminal Code 578/1995 . ARTICLE 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 March 1986.
