The Ministry of education to work on the presentation of the Minister to carry out a specific matters falling within the area provided for in art exhibitions on a State guarantee covering 30 May 1986 (411/86), as well as article 5 (2) in accordance with article 7 and 8 of section 1 of the Education Ministry as an Assistant expert: body art exhibitions of the State guarantee of the law on the implementation of the tasks (411/86) works in the exhibitions of the State guarantee. The Board set the role for a term of three years by the Council of State.
The Board is chaired by an official of the Ministry of education and includes up to nine other members. The Board will be represented in the arts and cultural life, the exhibition activities, fire and other safety issues, insurance issues and the role of the transport operation, as well as expertise.

If required, the organizer of the exhibition is to be given to the guarantee of the application with the necessary data on the other.

Compensation effect in the application shall be submitted to the Ministry of education. The application shall be accompanied by a statement of the amount of the damage and the damage of the incident as well as the judgment cited.

Article 6 this Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 1986.
The change of the date of entry into force and the application of the acts: 5.4.1991/640: This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 1991.
30.4.1997/391: This Regulation shall enter into force on 6 May 1997.
Before the entry into force of this regulation, the Ministry of education to obtain the State guarantee provided to applications for an injunction at the date of entry into force of this Regulation shall apply to the regulation in force.
