The presentation by the Minister of Education of the Ministry of Education of the Ministry of Education is provided for by the Education and Training Act of 10 December 1971. (184/72) Pursuant to:

Teacher training units
ARTICLE 1 (10,1992/443)

The teachers' training units referred to in Article 5 of the Teacher Education Act are the Faculty of Education of the University of Helsinki and Åbo Akademi, and of the Faculty of Education of Jyväskylä, Oulu, Turku, Tampere and Lapland.

The Teacher Training Unit shall be subject to the provisions of the faculty of the university concerned, subject to the provisions of this Regulation or the training school in the service.

ARTICLE 21

The SoAccused lecturer must teach the teaching language of the post and guide the training exercises for 640 hours per academic year. In addition to the teaching obligation, the lecturer must carry out other tasks relating to education as specified in the College's Statute.

Within four years of the end of the service period of seven years, as provided for in Article 11 of the Teacher Education Act, the exercise of the term of office for the purpose of studies shall be exercised within four years. The application shall be submitted no later than one year before the end of the four-year period.

The service period referred to in paragraph 1 shall start immediately after the end of the previous service period.

The service period referred to in paragraph 1 shall be calculated in the same way as the period of service for the age of the civil servants.

Miscellareous provisions
§ 24

The Ministry of Education shall, if necessary, give more detailed provisions on the application of this Regulation.

ARTICLE 25

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 1986.

This Regulation repeals the Education Training Regulation of 15 June 1973 (103/73) With its subsequent modifications.

Before the entry into force of this Regulation, measures may be adopted for the implementation of the Regulation.

§ 26

A person who, at the time of entry into force of this Regulation, has a teacher training unit for the post or the holder of an additional activity, shall be eligible for the training of a teacher of the upper age bracket; And an additional measure without prejudice to Articles 13 to 15.

A person who, at the time of entry into force of this Regulation, has a teacher training unit for the post or the holder of an additional activity, shall be eligible for the training of the lower pay class of the teacher training unit. And an additional measure without prejudice to Articles 13 to 15.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 13 to 17, a person who, at the time of entry into force of this Regulation, is the holder of a lecturer or an additional office, shall continue to be eligible for the teaching of the teaching profession and for the additional operation, notwithstanding Articles 13 to 17. Provided.

Without prejudice to Article 18, a person who, at the time of entry into force of this Regulation, has a call for a teacher training unit, or the holder of an additional post, shall continue to be eligible for the call of the teacher training unit and for the additional operation, notwithstanding Article 18 Is provided for.

Entry into force and application of amending acts:

29 JULY 1987 TO 707:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 1988.

Notwithstanding the provisions laid down in Article 19, a person who, at the time of entry into force of this Regulation, has a permanent manual and/or a permanent master craftsman, shall be eligible for the technical work of the technical work of the Teacher Training Unit.

Before the entry into force of the Regulation, measures may be taken to implement it.

14.7.1989/668:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 1989.

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 June 1992.

25.8.1995/1082:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 1995.

The training of the Teacher Training Unit, which is declared to be submitted before the entry into force of this Regulation, shall require the validity of the provisions in force at the entry into force of this Regulation.
