Presentation by the Minister of education provides students the benefits of vocational training institutions in the opintososiaalisista of the law of 3 June 1983 (498/83) 2 and the third paragraph of article 8 of the code, as is article 2 of 12 July 1985 (626/85): the benefits of Vocational students ' opintososiaalisista article 1 of the Act (498/83), the provisions of article 5 and 7 shall apply to the adult vocational training and further education at the line, with the exception of education and training- , private and through distance learning. 26.5.1989/509: This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 1989.
