Presentation of the Minister for Justice of the European Union of 21 January 1983 (66/83) Pursuant to:

ARTICLE 1

The Ministry of Justice shall be responsible for the implementation of the offence.

ARTICLE 2

The direct notification of the offence order shall be effected in such a way that the police officer or any other official carrying out the supervision provided for by the law shall sign the infringement order which he has signed.

ARTICLE 3

By 15 days following the month of the following month, the head of the police district shall submit to the Ministry of Justice the infringements of the regulations and the declaration of the deleted infringements.

§ 4

The judge shall immediately inform the Ministry of Justice and the Head of the Police Department of the criminal cases brought before the District Court. The Ministry of Justice shall not implement such a breach until after obtaining the decision of the judge.

By 15 days each month, the judge shall submit a declaration to the Ministry of Justice on the offences which have been settled in the previous month. He shall immediately inform the Ministry of Justice of the infringement proceedings in which the prosecutor has decided to prosecute, on the grounds that the offence should, in his view, be condemned by any other sanction than the offence.

§ 5

In the case of an engagement court, a judge or a district judge and a court judge or one of the members of the law of law of the district court or law of law shall be the Judge of the District Court.

ARTICLE 6

The Ministry of Justice shall inform the dmv of any infringements committed or convicted of speeding offences.

§ 7

The provisions on access to the faecal account shall be subject to the provisions to be applied.

§ 8

The Ministry of Justice shall provide the necessary instructions for the application of this Regulation and shall lay down the formulae for the forms required for the determination and enforcement of the offence.

§ 9

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 1983.
