In accordance with the decision of the Parliament:

ARTICLE 1

Early retirement is granted to a veteran resident in Finland in accordance with this law.

Surface veteran refers to a person who has been assigned a breastplate number as provided for in the case.

The right to early retirement is a veteran whose working capacity as a result of illness, defect or injury has reduced his earning capacity.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 2, the entitlement to an early retirement pension is paid by a veteran who is or has been a prisoner of war.

ARTICLE 10

Unless otherwise provided for in this Act, the early retirement pension shall apply mutatis mutandis, as laid down in the laws, regulations or regulations referred to in Article 8 (4) of the Pensions Act of the Workers' Pensions Act. The invalidity pension.

The costs of implementing this law shall be borne by the State. More detailed provisions are laid down by the Regulation.

ARTICLE 13

The pension institution's decision on the entitlement to a pension under this law is an appeal against the right of insurance, the decision of which is final. The application shall apply mutatis mutandis, as provided for in Article 21 (1) to (5) of the Workers' Pensions Act. (26.07.1985/65)

An appeal shall be lodged against the amount of the pension as laid down in the laws, regulations or regulations referred to in Article 8 (4) of the Pensions Act of the Workers' Pensions Act or in the Law on Seamen.

ARTICLE 14

This Act shall enter into force on 1 July 1982. The early retirement board may start operating and pension applications may be lodged before the law enters into force, as provided for by the Regulation.
