The presentation by the Minister of Social Affairs and Health of the Minister for the presentation of a ministerial declaration is provided for by the accident insurance law of the agricultural undertakings of 23 December 1981. (1026/80) Pursuant to:

Contributing of basic security contributions

At the latest on 25 November each year, the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health confirms the accident insurance law of farmers (1026/81) The amounts forecast for the following calendar year by the State, the National Pensions Office and the Institute for Agricultural Enterprises referred to in paragraph 2.

At the latest on 25 June each year, the Ministry of Agriculture shall determine the amounts of the contributions of the State, the National Pensions Office and the agricultural undertakings referred to in Article 16 (1) of the Accident Insurance Act for the previous calendar year And at the same time check the amounts of advances from the second half of the year.

In addition, at the latest on 25 November each year, the Ministry shall check the advance payments to be made at Christmas.

§ 8

The advance shall be performed as a monthly instalment. The amount of the advance shall be paid:

In accordance with Article 7, in the case of advances, an increase or reduction of the period to be applied to the time limit shall be distributed equally to the remaining advance. The advance shall be available to the farmers' pension institution for the first working day of each month in which the payment systems used by the banks in their overall mutual payments are in place. The difference between the amount paid in advance and the corresponding amount fixed for the same year shall be taken into account in the disbursement of the tranche for the following tranche.

However, if, in accordance with Article 7 (3) of the December advance instalments, it is clear that, in anticipation of the estimated amounts already carried out before the revision, the difference between the amounts paid and the amounts of the advances paid shall be reimbursed to the payers. On the first working day of the following month, in accordance with the provisions laid down in paragraph 2. (13,1987/303)

By way of derogation from paragraphs 1 and 2, the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health may, by way of derogation from the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2, pay if the pension institution's readiness to pay the benefits referred to in the accident insurance scheme for farmers otherwise: Would be compromised. § 9

For the purposes of the measures referred to in Article 7, the pension institution of the agricultural undertakings shall provide the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health with a statement of that order by 20 days before the measure.

Entry into force
ARTICLE 11

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1982.

The amounts of advances referred to in Article 7 (1) of this Regulation for 1982 shall be established by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health by 15 July 1982.

Entry into force and application of amending acts:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 1987.

13.9.1991-1195:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1992.

However, Article 7 (1) and Article 8 (1) of this Regulation are already subject to the provisions of Article 16 (2) of the Act on the Injury of the State, the National Pensions Office and the Agricultural Companies Pension Scheme referred to in Article 16 (2) of the Insurance Act. For 1992.

This Act shall enter into force on 1 January 2005. This law applies to accidents at work which have occurred and to occupational diseases which have occurred since the entry into force of this Act.

This Act shall enter into force on 1 January 2007. For the purposes of this law, business activities, insurance premiums and retired persons in accordance with the pension law of the farmer shall also include the pension scheme of the farmers.
