Section 24 of the prevention plan (20.12.1991/1564), commonly known as the farm, the Government may grant derogations from points (a), 12, 14, 16, 16A, 17, 18 and 21 of the restrictions provided for in paragraph (a) of the crop, if approved by the Government of the plan shall be drawn up by culture farm in order to combat and to prevent the spread of the organism.
