The presentation of the Minister for Agriculture and Forestry is laid down in the Nature Conservation Act of 23 February 1923 (71/23) (2) and Article 4 of the Law of 18 February 1938 on the establishment of certain nature reserves in the State (83/38) Article 18, Of the Law of 21 December 1956 establishing a number of new nature reserves in the State (634/56) And of the Law of 2 October 1981 on the formation of certain State-owned territories as national parks and natural parks (674/81) Pursuant to:

ARTICLE 1

The national park shall be prohibited unless otherwise specified below:

(1) drainage and incorporation of soil materials;

2) construction of buildings, roads and equipment;

(3) the killing, trapping and caging of animals and the taking and harming of animals' pests, plants and live and dead plants; and

(4) other measures which may alter the natural state of the area or adversely affect the conservation of its vegetation or fauna.

ARTICLE 2

Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 1, the National Park is allowed:

(1) the construction and maintenance of buildings, equipment, roads and paths necessary for the control of the park, public guidance, camping, research and natural activities;

(2) the picking of berries and mushrooms, and, according to the Order of the Order, temporary camping, the use of dry wood for temporary flooding, fishing and moose hunting in the event of hunting;

(3) the killing and trapping of animals for scientific or educational purposes and the limited involvement of animals, plants, living and dead plants and mineral samples, with the authorisation of the authority to which the park Management and care according to Section 8 is included;

(4) the collection of forest-tree paws and seeds, as well as the limited incorporation of plant parts for forest processing under the authority of the authority to which the park is managed and managed according to Article 8;

(5) a reduction in the number of specimens of plant or animal species subject to excessive reproduction, with the permission of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry;

(6) the measures necessary to restore the natural development of the region;

(7) the measures necessary for the conservation of the environmental types of traditional forms of natural use and for the restoration and maintenance of buildings and structures related to these types of environment;

(8) measures to maintain roads, electricity and telephone lines in the area;

(9) carrying out the necessary measures for the purpose of bathing, in accordance with the management plan referred to in Article 4;

(10) reindeer husbandry, accommodation for accommodation, reindeer husbandry and other structures, the provision of wood for reindeer husbandry, and reindeer herding, fire and engine-driven vehicles;

(11) the measures necessary to protect the region and its environment from forest fires;

(12) measures necessary for fire-keeping, civil protection, guarding and controlling the borders of the kingdom, and surveying and surveying;

(13) measures which are necessary for telegraph, telephone, radio or geological research or for prospecting, provided that they have been approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry; and

(14) other measures necessary for the appropriate management or use of the national park and approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

ARTICLE 3

§ 4

A management and use plan shall be established for the management and use of the national park. The national park can be divided into different zones for treatment and use.

§ 5

Without prejudice to Article 2 of the Nature Conservation Act, the Nature Reserve:

(2) the killing and trapping of animals for scientific or educational purposes and the limited involvement of animals, plants, living and dead plants and mineral samples, with the authorisation of the authority to which the park Management and care according to Section 8 is included;

(3) the collection of forest-tree paws and seeds, as well as the limited incorporation of plant parts for forest processing under the authority of the authority to which the park is managed and managed according to Article 8;

Paragraph 1 (7) does not apply to the area of the Malla Nature Park.

ARTICLE 6 (5.1.1995/12)

In the natural parks of the colon, Olvassuo, Pelson, Runkaus, Lake Sukeri, Maltion, Värrio, Sompion and Kevo, the harvesting of berries and mushrooms is allowed for local residents. § 7

§ 9

Further provisions on the application of this Regulation shall be provided, where appropriate, by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. Guidance on the delivery of the boundaries of natural parks and national parks is given by the Earth Measurement Government.

ARTICLE 10

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1982 and repeal the Regulation of 6 June 1958 on certain nature reserves of State countries (273/00) With its subsequent modifications.

Entry into force and application of amending acts:

3.2.1989/117:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 March 1989.

27.3.1991/583:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 10 April 1991.

5.1.1995/12:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 January 1995.

This provision does not affect the rights to be used by the Sami regions, nor the rights deriving from Article 8 of the Nature Conservation Act.

13 JUNE 2001/546:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2002.

29.11.2007 TO 1:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2008.
