In accordance with the decision of the Parliament:

ARTICLE 1

The State Treasury may exempt a payment or compensation State from payment or compensation in part or in full if the exemption does not infringe the interests of the State, or if the recovery of the payment or compensation would be manifestly unreasonable. Under the same conditions, the Treasury may grant any relief in the performance of the payment or compensation.

ARTICLE 2

The State Treasury may, in the case of a person acting in a position of employment or employment, or in any other comparable service comparable to it, be partially or totally reliant on the damage to which he or she is in office, In the performance of their duties or duties, in the performance of the service or in the context of their employment, the State has been entrusted with it. The exemption may be granted, even if the liability is not established if the authority which oversees the State's interest in the performance of that compensation has determined the extent of the damage. Under the same conditions, the Treasury may grant relief in the performance of the compensation.

However, the provisions of paragraph 1 shall not apply where the damage has been intentionally caused, unless it is considered to be reasonable for specific reasons.

The decision of the State Treasury pursuant to this Act may appeal to the administrative court in accordance with the administrative law (18/06/1996) Provides.

An appeal to the decision of the Administrative Court may be appealed to the Supreme Administrative Court if the Supreme Administrative Court grants an appeal.

ARTICLE 3

More detailed provisions on the implementation of this law shall be adopted by the Regulation.

§ 4

This Act shall enter into force on 1 August 1980 and shall also apply to the obligation to pay and compensate, which arose before that date.

This law repeals the right of the Treasury to grant exemptions and exemptions from the law of 13 January 1978 on the provision of concessions and allowances to the State (1778) .

Entry into force and application of amending acts:

2.9.2005:

This Act shall enter into force on 1 October 2005.

The decision of the Administrative Authority issued before the entry into force of this Act shall be subject to the provisions in force at the time of entry into force of this Act.
