In accordance with the decision of the Parliament:

ARTICLE 1 (22.4.1996/300)

Real estate transactions shall be subject to a trade price register and an information service based on the register shall be provided.

The purpose of the trade price register and its information service is to serve the valuation of the property in redemption operations, land use planning, taxation, lending and other assessment and research tasks.

The sales price register shall be kept and the information service provided by the surveyor. (13.12.2012)

ARTICLE 2

For the purposes of this law, real estate is defined as the consideration of a property or part of a property or of a destination, with the exception of the foreclosure trade.

ARTICLE 3

The trade price register shall include information on the object of the donation, the purchase price or other consideration and the factors affecting it, as well as the donor and the time of delivery, as necessary for the purpose of the purpose of the register.

§ 5

The sales price register is public. Products and other information shall be provided on request. Paragraph 2 has been repealed by L 22.4.1996/300 .

In the case of products from the trade-price register and other trade price records, charges shall be levied in accordance with the provisions of the State Payment Act (99/92) Provides. (28.11.1994/1030)

ARTICLE 6

This Act shall enter into force on 1 July 1981. Before the entry into force of this Act, measures may be taken to implement the law.
