The presentation by the Ministry of Finance of certain matters falling within the remit of the Ministry of Finance is governed by the Law of 5 December 1980 on the replacement of certain damage caused by the State's duties or the role of the State (794/80) Pursuant to:

ARTICLE 1

An application for compensation for damage incurred in the event of a post or work mission shall be submitted to the State Treasury. The Treasury may, if necessary, request an opinion from the Agency or the institution for which the applicant is employed.

ARTICLE 2

The application shall be accompanied by the investigation reports drawn up in the case or, unless they have been drawn up, a reliable explanation of the event and an explanation of the damage and any other necessary evidence.

ARTICLE 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1981.
