Housing support regulation for retired persons

The presentation of the Minister for the presentation of the Minister for Social Affairs and Health is provided for by the Housing Act of 28 July 1978. (591/78) Pursuant to:

ARTICLE 1 (312.1982/887)

The application for housing shall cover the costs of accommodation, earnings and other income and property of the applicant and of his/her spouse. Otherwise, the application for housing assistance shall apply mutatis mutandis to the provisions of the National Pensions Regulation (594/56) Is required to apply for a pension.

§ 2 has been repealed by L 9.8.2002/684 .

ARTICLE 3

The beneficiary of the residence allowance shall inform the local office of the National Pensions Office:

(1) the change in the apartment;

2) a reduction in housing costs;

(3) a change in the economic situation of the person or spouse;

4) for institutionalisation; (24.3.1995/421)

(5) In order to reduce his/her residence costs, (108/75) ; and

(6) any other changes which may affect his entitlement to a housing allowance or to the amount of the housing allowance.

Otherwise, where applicable, the notification requirement of the recipient of the residence allowance is valid. In Chapter 5 of the National Pensions Regulation.

§ 4

The beneficiary of the housing allowance shall be required to provide the information required for the review referred to in Article 8 (2) of the Housing Act of the Pensions Code, at the time of the National Pensions Office.

§ 5 (2001/1139)

The substantial change referred to in Article 8 (1) (3) of the Pensioners' Housing Act shall be deemed to have taken place when:

(1) the annual housing costs of the beneficiary of the housing allowance have changed at least eur 147; or

2) an annual income reduction of at least EUR 734 or less than EUR 367 has been increased by a reduction in the amount of the housing allowance.

The amounts referred to in paragraph 1 correspond to the scoring of the National Pensions Act, according to which the size of the national pensions due in January 2001 has been calculated and shall be adjusted and rounded up to the extent of the Article 13 of the Housing Act provides.

ARTICLE 6

The payment of housing allowance shall apply mutatis mutandis to which Chapter 6 of the National Pensions Regulation provides for the payment of pensions.

§ 6a (29.12.1994/1)

As provided for in Articles 22 and 23 of the National Pensions Regulation, the costs of housing support for pensioners are equally applicable.

§ 7 (20,1996/1218)

ARTICLE 12 (15.6.1990/541)

What is provided for in Articles 22 and 23 of the National Pensions Regulation applies mutatis mutandis to the costs of housing benefits for survivors' pensions and for pension entitlements.

ARTICLE 13 (312.1982/887)

Paragraph 13 has been repealed by A 3.12.198887 .

ARTICLE 14

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1980.

Entry into force and application of amending acts:

3 DECEMBER 1982/88:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1983.

15.6.1990/541:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1990.

29.12.1994/1408:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1995.

24.3.1995/421:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 1995.

20 DECEMBER 1996/1218:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1997.

Before the entry into force of the Regulation, measures may be taken to implement it.

29.11.2001/1139:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2002.

9.8.2002/684:

This Act shall enter into force on 1 October 2002.

This law repeals the Housing Regulation of 27 July 1979 (442/1979) Articles 2, 8 and 9, as set out in Article 8 of Regulation 1218/1996.
