The value of the land transferred or leased shall be considered high if the fair value of the assets exceeds eur 5 000 000.

The value of the land transferred or leased shall be considered to be negligible if the fair value of the assets does not exceed eur 1 700 000.

When determining the value referred to in Article 1, account shall be taken of all properties and areas where the supply or lease is based on the same extradition book or on the lease agreement, or on any other contractual agreement.

Prior to the transfer or rental of the State's land property or the granting of a specific right, the Ministry of Education's opinion shall be submitted to the Ministry of Education if the property may have a very significant cultural heritage.
