Obligation to appear before the Court of Justice in a number of cases (169/75) A witness or a party to the Court of Finland shall be entitled to reimbursement of travel expenses, compensation for subsistence expenses and compensation for accommodation expenses, as well as compensation for the financial loss according to the The Regulation provides.
The reimbursement of travel expenses is provided for in accordance with the criteria laid down in Article 4 (1) of the Regulation (8I3/ 72) on the cost of certifying State resources.
In accordance with Article 4 (2) of the Regulation referred to in Article 4 (2) of that Regulation, the reimbursement of travel expenses may be made in accordance with Article 4 (2) of the Regulation, when the person who has been designated as a witness or as a party to the court or tribunal is requested and The mode of transport used is considered appropriate.
When the Court of Justice has considered it appropriate for the use of a passenger car to be heard, a maximum of 50 pence per kilometre is paid.
The daily allowance is paid in the manner provided for in Article 5 of the Regulation on State resources. The daily subsistence allowance is equal to the full amount of the full allowance provided for in the State's official contract, if the journey takes up to 8 hours, and a full full time of 2,5 times the length of the journey if the journey takes more than 8 hours.
The accommodation allowance is provided in the manner provided for in Article 7 of the Regulation on the cost of proof of the State resources.
The financial loss shall be remunerated in accordance with Article 8 of the Regulation on the cost of proof of State resources.
The compensation provided to the court-appointed witness or party to the court shall be paid in the manner provided for in Articles 9 and 10 of the Regulation on the cost of providing State resources.
With regard to the obligation to appear before the Court of Justice in a number of cases, the advance referred to in Article 7 (2) of the Act on a number of cases shall be made by the check which is to be paid in the currency of the country where the service is to be served. Instead of an advance on travel expenses, a ticket may be given.
The execution of the advance shall be entered in the notification document.
The Ministry of Justice shall establish a formula for the forms necessary for the application of this Regulation and shall, where appropriate, provide further guidance on the implementation of the Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1975.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 1982.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 1987.
