In accordance with the decision of the Parliament:

ARTICLE 1 (1983/0636)

On the basis of differences in the cost of living established between the various municipalities in the country, a general high grading of municipalities is provided as provided for in this Act.

Irrespective of the differences in the cost of living established by the investigation, the overall cost classification of the municipalities can also be fixed, for reasons of weight, in such a way as to ensure that the value previously established by the municipality is not altered, and that the Shall be taken into account.

The municipalities are divided into two categories of goods. The declassification is established by the Council of Finance on a proposal from the Ministry of Finance for four calendar years. For particularly urgent reasons, the classification may be changed during the fixed period.

§ 5

A public authority which has been entrusted with the right of municipalities to share the cost categories under any other law or regulation shall, if it intends to depart from the general high cost classification established by this law, shall be subject to the general meeting of the Government To be resolved.

This law will remain in force until the end of 2007 and will apply to the highest rating in 2006 and 2007.

Entry into force and application of amending acts:
