In accordance with the decision of the Parliament, which has been adopted in accordance with Article 67 of the Statutes,:

ARTICLE 1

On behalf of the Municipality of the Municipality of Labour and the Association of Municipalities, a municipal contract shall be awarded by a municipal delegation to which the law on collective agreements provides for the employer or the registered employer's association.

The form and operation of the delegation shall be governed by law.

As far as the municipality of Åland is concerned, what is laid down in this law is the body in the province of Åland, which, according to the law of the Province of Åland, is responsible for municipal collective agreements in the Åland Islands. Province. (3.1.1975/ 1)

ARTICLE 2

The Municipal Contracting Party may authorise the municipality or the association of municipalities on their behalf to conclude a collective agreement within the limits set by the delegation.

ARTICLE 3

This Act shall enter into force on 1 December 1970.
