In accordance with the decision of the Parliament:

ARTICLE 1

The contributions of the trade unions and the unemployment funds of the civil servants of the State may be collected from the official's salary, on the account of the trade union and the unemployment insurance fund, by the payment authority concerned, provided that the official has provided Consent or authorisation as provided for by law on property law.

It is for the State Council to adopt further guidelines on the implementation of the recovery referred to in paragraph 1.

ARTICLE 2

For the purposes of this law, the official shall mean the holder of a basic salary and contract, the holder of the contract, an additional staff member and a temporary staff member, and any other person acting as a servant in an official capacity.

As far as the law is concerned, the law also applies to the enlisted person of the military and border guards.
