Presentation by the Minister of education provides for a Council of Finland posts and State grants to 28 November 1969 (734/69) in accordance with article 3 and 5: Chapter 1, section 1-Taitelijaprofessorit 1-3, section 3, is repealed A 21 December 2010/1200.

The application referred to in subparagraph (1) above shall be accompanied by a plan for the use of the grant, as well as by other studies of the Centre.

The provisions relating to the procedure shall apply to the grant, however, relates to the period from the beginning of 1996 to grant scholarships.

The regulation shall apply for the first time grants, whose scholarship period shall begin on 1 January 2001 or after.
