In accordance with the decision of the Parliament, which has been adopted in accordance with Article 67 of the Statutes,

ARTICLE 1

On the economic and information and other transport measures necessary to fulfil the obligations arising from binding decisions by the United Nations Security Council arising from binding decisions by the Security Council May be imposed by a regulation.

ARTICLE 2

In addition to the regulations adopted pursuant to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union referred to in Article 2a (1), the freezing of assets of a natural or legal person named in the Annexes shall be implemented by: On application by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in accordance with the exit (705/2007) Articles 5 to 10 and 12 to 15. Expenditure on the implementation of freezing and the maintenance and management of frozen funds shall be the subject of the decision.

The regulation on freezing and revoking the freeze will be implemented in spite of the appeal.

ARTICLE 3

Commitment or speech made in contravention of this law or of the provisions of this law, or which means circumventing them, shall not be implemented.

If a commitment or speech made before the entry into force of a regulation adopted pursuant to this Act is incompatible with the provisions laid down in the Regulation or based on it, its implementation shall be suspended without delay.

Penalty for breach of or attempt to regulate or attempt to comply with the provisions of this Act and under Article 215 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union of the European Union Infringements of the regulations adopted and its attempt to (39/1889) § 1 to 3.

§ 5

More detailed provisions on the application of this law shall be adopted by the Regulation.

ARTICLE 6

This Act shall enter into force on 1 January 1968.

Paragraph 2 has been repealed by L 24.7.1997/705 .
