In accordance with the decision of the Parliament, which has been adopted in accordance with Article 67 of the Statutes,

ARTICLE 1

On the economic and information and other transport measures necessary to fulfil the obligations arising from binding decisions by the United Nations Security Council arising from binding decisions by the Security Council May be imposed by a regulation.

ARTICLE 2

In addition to the regulations adopted pursuant to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union referred to in Article 2a (1), the freezing of assets of a natural or legal person named in the Annexes shall be implemented by: On application by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in accordance with the exit (705/2007) Articles 5 to 10 and 12 to 15. More detailed provisions on the application of this law shall be adopted by the Regulation.

ARTICLE 6

This Act shall enter into force on 1 January 1968.

Paragraph 2 has been repealed by L 24.7.1997/705 .
