ARTICLE 1

ARTICLE 2

ARTICLE 3

The application for the reprocessing of the pension claim referred to in Article 7 (3) of the Act on Pension Law shall be submitted to the State Treasury. The application shall include the date of the decision and the number of the pension and shall be accompanied by a statement required by the Treasury.
