In accordance with the decision of the Parliament, which has been adopted in accordance with Article 67 of the Statutes,:

ARTICLE 1

The law may provide that compensation for a useful measure to be used for the use of water or water

A land or water area belonging to another country, with its equipment and constructions, placed under the water or otherwise required for the necessary use or for a specific need to be redeemed;

A device or a structure belonging to another which prevents the measure, alteration or deletion of the above measure;

The power plant will permanently activate another hydroelectric power without being able to take part in the company, when his share is less than 100 % of the plant's hydroelectric power; and

In order to prevent water pollution, limit the use of the environmental area of surface water and groundwater.
