In accordance with the decision of the Parliament:

ARTICLE 1

In the case of Lapland, where the collection of forest berries or other wild products from the land of the State is of considerable economic importance for the local population, the Ministry of Agriculture may: The interests of the so-called population must, by decision, prohibit the collection of the other.

ARTICLE 2

A violation of the prohibition laid down in Article 1 shall be punishable by a fine, and shall be punishable by unauthorised products, containers or other charges used to carry them, as well as collectors' equipment or their value to the State.

ARTICLE 3

The authority responsible for the enforcement of this law shall have the power to recover the property referred to in Article 2 until the matter of its loss has been legally resolved. If the property is perishable, the latter shall immediately be sold.

Where the owner of a property taken pursuant to paragraph 1 is unknown or has not been challenged for any other reason, the court or the country shall, at the request of the prosecutor, invite him to appear on the date of the challenge, which shall be: Affix the right to the door at least one month before the date of destination.

If the owner is not challenged to respond and does not appear to be a legal obstacle, the question of loss of property, regardless of his absence, will be resolved.

More detailed provisions on the implementation of this law shall be adopted by the Regulation.
