DECREE N ° 582
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That the existing delimitation between the Municipalities comprising the
Department of Freedom, does not In accordance with the present development of the technology in recording and measurement territorial; nor the
current circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
II.-That with the registration technology and the photogrammetric models currently
available by the National Center of Records; It is possible to establish a precise delimitation and demarcation of these limits.
III.-That a process of dialogue between the municipalities has been developed
involved with the assistance of the National Center of Registers and Institute
Geographic and the National Catastro, thus arriving in this way and signature of the Municipal Limit Act JAYAQUE-TEPECOYO with reference
N ° 0507-0521, which is taken as the basis for the content of this Decree and annexed as an integral part of it.
IV.-The Municipal Code in its article 23 states that it is the faculty of the
Legislative Assembly to decree the definition of territorial boundaries.
V.-That pursuant to Article 131 Ordinary 51st of the Constitution is competence
of this First State organ decree, interpret authentically,
reform and repeal secondary laws.

in use of its Constitutional powers and at the initiative of the Diputado Guadalupe Antonio Vásquez Martínez and former Deputies Erik Mira Bonilla, Mildred Guadalupe Machado, Carlos Cortez Hernández,
Nery Arely Díaz Aguilar, Rafael Ricardo Moran Tobar, Mario Eduardo Valiente Ortiz (period 2009-2012).
DECRETA:
Art. 1.-It is established as a boundary between the Municipalities of Jayaque and Tepecoyo both of the
Department of Freedom, the following:
The trace of the Municipal Limit consists of four commutes. The first path, formed by
a single leg, determined by two points, numbered one to two, per natural hydrographic element; the second path, consisting of a single leg, determined by two points, numbered
of the two three, per line of parcels; the third journey, consisting of a single section, determined by two points, numbered from three to four, by land communication; the fourth journey, formed
by a single section, determined by two points, numbered from four to five, by land communication.

Start Trifinium Point. It is defined in the interception of the extension of the Northern line of the plot thousand six hundred and thirty-eight, of the field zero five thirteen U zero two, with the central axis of the River
Shútia, place where the point number one is located, at the same time Trifinium point for the Municipalities of Jayaque, Tepecoyo and Sacacoyo, all belonging to the Department of Freedom. Their coordinates are

zero one; for the Municipality of Tepecoyo, parcel thousand six hundred and thirty-eight, of the field zero five thirteen U zero two and for the Municipality of Sacacoyo, plot fifty thousand fifty-five (zone of
protection), of sector zero five thirteen U zero five.
Journey one
Single tranche, from point number one to the number two point. With a Southwest course, in a winding line,
by the central axis of the River Shutia, upstream, to intercept the linderline East of plot eight, of the sector zero five zero seven R zero two, place where the point number two is located, with a distance
approximately five thousand two hundred and sixty-six point thirty-five meters. Their coordinates are
Equal length, four hundred and fifty thousand two hundred and forty-six meters; latitude equal, two hundred and eighty-six thousand hundred and ninety-four meters. Their adjoining ones are, for the

to the Lotifications The First Refuge Stage, from zero sector five zero seven U zero seven and Lotification The Third Stage Refuge, from the zero sector five zero seven R zero two, plots one hundred and fifty five,

Journey Three
Single tranche, from point number three to Point number four. With a southeast direction, in a straight line,

Trifinium arrival point. The point of arrival will be the one described as number five, which
at the same time is a trifinium point for the Municipalities of Jayaque, Teotepeque and Tepecoyo, all of the Department of Freedom. Their adjoining ones are, for the Municipality of Jayaque, plot twenty-six, of the
zero-five zero-sector seven R zero nine; for the Municipality of Teotepeque, plot two hundred and fifty-three, of the field zero five twenty R zero one and for the Municipality of Tepecoyo, plot one hundred and fifty
and four, from sector zero five twenty-one R zero seven.
Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal
