THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.-That the existing delimitation between the Municipalities comprising the Department of Chalatenango, does not conform to the present development of the

technology in The registration and territorial measurement, as well as the current circumstances of social and economic development of the country.

II.-That with the registration technology and the photogrammetric models currently available from the Center National of Records, it is possible to realize a

delimitation and precise demarcation of these limits.

III.-That a process of dialogue between the municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Center has been developed of Registers and the Institute

Geographic and the National Catastro, thus arriving from this manner of elaboration

and signature of the Municipal Limit Act THE PARADISE B TEJUTLA with reference Núlíno 0410-0433, which is taken as the basis for the content of this Decree

and is annexed as an integral part of it.

IV.- That in accordance with Article 131 of the Constitution, it is competence

of this Authority of the State to decree, interpret authentically, reform and

repeal secondary laws.

BY TANTO,

in use of its Mario Antonio Ponce Lopez, Ricardo Ernesto Godoy Penate, Constitutional faculties and at the initiative of the Deputies Juan Manuel de Jesús Flores Cornejo, Valentin Aristides Corpeno,

Norman Noel Quijano González, Carlos Alberto García Ruiz, Ana Lucia Baires de Martínez, Guadalupe Antonio Vásquez Martínez, Juan Pablo Herrera Rivas y Cristina Esmeralda López.

DECRETA:

Art. 1.-It is established as a limit between the Municipalities of El Paraiso and Tejutla both of the Department of Chalatenango, the following:

The trace of the Municipal Limit is composed of six commutes. The first path, formed by

a single leg, determined by two points, numbered one to two, by plot lines; the

second path, formed by a single leg, determined by two points, numbered two to three, by way of land communication; the third journey, also consisting of a single section, determined

by two numbered points from three to four, per line of plots; the fourth journey, consisting of two sections, determined by three points, numbered four to six, per natural element

hydrographic; the fifth path, formed by two tranches, determined by three points, numbered of the

six to eight, per line of plots; the sixth path, consisting of two tranches, determined by three points, numbered eight to ten, per natural hydrographic element.

Common starting point. It is defined in the interception of the extension of the south linderline of the

four hundred and forty-four plots, of the cadastral sheet zero four three hundred and eighty-two zero

four five hundred with the central axis of the Rio Grande, place where the number one spot is located, at the same time common point, for the Municipalities of Tejutla, San Francisco Morazán, San Rafael and El Paraiso,

all belonging to the Department of Chalatenango. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred and ninety-one thousand two hundred and forty-thirty-two meters; latitude equal, three hundred

thirty-four thousand six hundred and seventy-fifty-nine meters. Its adjacent ones are, for the Municipality of Tejutla, plot eighty and one, of the cadastral sheet zero four three hundred and eighty two

zero nine five hundred; for the Municipality of San Francisco Morazán, plot four hundred and forty and

four; for the Municipality of San Rafael, parcel one hundred twelve, both of the cadastral sheet zero four three hundred and eighty two five hundred and for the Municipality of El Paraiso, parcel one hundred thirty

and seven, of the cadastral leaf zero four three hundred and eighty-two zero five hundred.

Journey One

Single tranche, from the point number one to the number two point. With course Southwest, online

broken, by plot lines, to intercept the central axis of the neighborhood street that of the Pueblo of El Paraiso, leads to the City of Tejutla, where the number two point is located, with a distance

approximate one hundred and sixty-six points ninety-seven meters. Its coordinates are equal length, four hundred and ninety-one thousand and eighty-seven-point ninety-five meters; latitude equal, three hundred

thirty-four thousand six hundred and fifty-eight point twenty-two meters. Their adjoining ones are, for the

Tissue municipality of eighty-one plot; for the Municipality of El Paraiso, parcel one hundred and thirty-seven, both of the cadastral leaf zero four three hundred and eighty-two nine five hundred.

Two

Single Tramo, from point number two to point number three. With a northeast direction, in a straight line, by the central axis of the neighborhood street which of the People of El Paraiso leads to the City of Tejutla, until

intercept the extension of the north line of plot one hundred and forty one, (where the Colonies the Triumph, the Amates and the Miracle), from the cadastral sheet zero four three hundred and eighty two

zero eight five hundred, place where the number three point is located, with an approximate distance of seven

point twenty-four meters. Its coordinates are equal length, four hundred and ninety-one thousand and eighty-nine-point sixty meters, equal latitude, three hundred and thirty-four thousand six hundred and sixty-five

point twenty-seven meters. Its adjacent ones are, for the Municipality of Tejutla, plot eighty and one of the cadastral leaf zero four three hundred and eighty two five hundred; for the Municipality of El

Paradise, plot one hundred and forty one (Colonies the Triumph, The Amates and The Miracle), of the cadastral sheet zero four three hundred and eighty two zero eight five hundred.

Journey Three

Single tranche, from point number three to the point number four. With a Southwest course, in a straight line, by line of plots, to intercept the central axis of the Broken Dam, where it is

Municipality of El Paraiso, plot one hundred forty and one (the Triumph, the Amates and the Miracle), of

the cadastral sheet zero four three hundred and eighty two zero eight five hundred.

Journey Four

Stretch one, from point number four to the point number five. With a Southwest course, in a winding line, by the central axis of the Broken Dam, downstream, to intercept the central axis of the

Quebrada Los Posadas, where the number five point is located, with an approximate distance of one thousand

eighty-two point twenty-four meters. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred and ninety thousand two hundred and sixty-six-point eighty-one meters; equal latitude, three hundred and thirty-four thousand percent

twenty point zero three meters. Their adjoining ones are, for the Municipality of Tejutla, plot one hundred forty (Poniente portion), plot one hundred and forty-seven and one hundred and fifty-four, all of the cadastral leaf

zero four three hundred and eighty-two-zero five hundred; for the Municipality of Paradise, plot

one hundred forty (East portion), of the cadastral sheet zero four three hundred and eighty two-zero eight five hundred.

Tramo two, from point number five to point number six. With course Northwest, in sinuous line,

by the central axis of the Quebrada Los Posadas upstream, to intercept the linderline East of property of the plot one hundred and thirty-eight, of the cadastral sheet zero four three hundred and eighty two

zero eight five hundred, place where the number six point is located, with an approximate distance of

two hundred and sixty-eight point forty meters. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred ninety thousand and ninety thousand and nine meters; latitude equal, three hundred and thirty-four thousand

two hundred and fifty-six points eighteen meters. Their adjoining ones are, for the Municipality of Tejutla, plot one hundred and fifty-four, of the cadastral sheet zero four three hundred and eighty-two zero eight

five hundred; for the Municipality of El Paraiso, plot one hundred and thirty-nine, of the leaf cadastral zero four

three hundred and eighty-two zero eight five hundred.

Journey Five

Stretch one, from point number six to point number seven. With a Southwest course, in a straight line,

for parcel lines, to intercept the central axis of the neighborhood street that of the Caserio Los Cortez leads to the Canton and Caserio San Jose, where the number seven is located, with a distance

approximate sixty-six point fifty-nine meters. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred and ninety thousand sixty-nine point sixty nine meters; latitude equal, three hundred thirty

and four thousand one hundred and ninety-four point twenty-four meters. Their adjoining ones are, for the Municipality of Tejutla, plot one hundred and thirty-eight, of the cadastral sheet zero four three hundred and eighty-two zero eight

five hundred; for the Municipality of El Paraiso, plot one hundred and thirty-nine, of the leaf cadastral zero four

Journey Six

Stretch one, from point number eight to point number nine. With course Southwest, online

sinuous, by the central axis of the Soyate River, downstream, to intercept the central axis of the Northern Longitudinal Highway, which from the Amayo detour leads to the City of Chalatenango, where it is

ranks the number nine, with a distance of approximately four hundred and eleven fifths and nine meters. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred and eighty-six thousand five hundred

fifty-four point eighty-six meters; latitude equal, three hundred and thirty-one thousand eight hundred

to its mouth on the old riverbed of the Lempa River, which is currently part of the reservoir of The Great Cerron Dam, where the number ten point is located, with a distance

approximately four thousand four hundred and fifty-two-point eighty-seven meters. Their coordinates

are equal length, four hundred and eighty-six thousand eight hundred and fifty-five point forty-three meters; equal latitude, three hundred and twenty-seven thousand nine hundred and sixty-three points nineteen meters. Their

adjoining are, for the Municipality of Tejutla, plots nine hundred and sixty-two, nine hundred and sixty-three, nine hundred and sixty-four, one thousand five hundred and twenty-eight, ninety-two, one thousand six hundred and sixty, one thousand

six hundred Fifty-nine, six hundred and forty-five, six hundred and forty-six, six hundred and fifty, six hundred and fifty-one and six hundred and fifty-two, all of the record-zero record sheet

four three hundred and eighty-two thirteen five hundred; for the Municipality of El Paraiso, plots three hundred

forty-seven, one thousand and five and two Seventy-five, all of the cadastral sheet zero four three hundred and eighty-two fourteen five hundred.

Triphinium point of arrival. The point of arrival will be the one described as number ten, which

at the same time is trifinium, for the Municipalities of Tejutla and El Paraiso, both of the Department

Art. 2.-This Decree will enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
