DECADE

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.- That the existing delimitation between the municipalities that comprise the Department of Sonsonate does not conform to the present development of technology in the field of registration and territorial measurement; nor to the existing circumstances of social and economic development of the country.

II.- That with the recording technology and the photogrametric models currently available by the National Registry Centre; it is possible to carry out a precise delimitation and demarcation of those limits.

III.- That a process of dialogue has been developed between the municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Registry Centre and the Geographical Institute and the National Catastro, thus arriving to the elaboration and signature of the Municipal Limit Act SANTA ANA - IZALCO with reference No 0210-0306, which is taken as the basis for the contents of this decree and is annexed as an integral part of it.

IV.- According to Art. 131 ordinal 5th of the Constitution is the competence of this First Body of State to decree, interpret authentically, reform and repeal secondary laws.

in use of its constitutional powers and at the initiative of the Deputies Carlos Cortez Hernández, Nery Arely Díaz de Rivera, Mildred Guadalupe Machado, Erik Mira Bonilla, Rafael Morán Tobar, Mario Eduardo Valiente Ortiz and Guadalupe Antonio Vásquez Martínez.

RIGHT:

Art. 1.- It is established as a limit between the municipalities of Santa Ana and Izalco of the departments of Santa Ana and Sonsonate, the following:

The trazo of the municipal boundary is made up of five paths. The first route consisting of two sections, determined by three points, numbered from one to three, by plot liner; the second route consists of a single section, determined by two points, numbered from three to four, by natural hydrographic element; the third and last route consists of seven sections, determined by eight points, numbered from four to eleven, by plot liners.

Trifinio Point of Start. It is located in the interception of the extension of the property linen between the fourteen plots, of the sector zero two ten R forty and four and forty, of the sector zero three zero six R zero one, with the central axis of the Ceniza or La Chorrera Blanca, identified as point number one, at the same time point trifinio for the municipalities of Santa Ana, of the department of Santa

Traject one

I bring one, point number one to point number two. Southeast, on a semi-circuit line, along plot lines, to reach intercept the central axis of a street that from the city of Izalco leads to the volcano of Santa Ana, where the number two point is located; with an approximate distance of three hundred eight and eight point sixty and two meters. Its coordinates are length equal, four hundred twenty-nine thousand six hundred and eighty-one twenty-three meters; latitude equal, two hundred ninety-nine thousand eight hundred thirty-five point ninety-nine meters. Its neighbors are, for the municipality of Santa Ana, plot fourteen, of sector zero two ten R forty and four; for the municipality of Izalco, plots forty and five, both of sector zero three zero six R zero one.

I bring two, from point number two to point number three. Southeast, on a semi-curve line, along plot lines, until you reach intercept the central axis of the river El Salto del Muerto, where the point number three is located, with an approximate distance of four hundred seven and seven point ninety and two meters. Its coordinates are equal length, four hundred thirty thousand eight and eight ninety-two meters; equal latitude, two hundred ninety-nine thousand six hundred and fifty-nine cubits. Its neighbors are, for the municipality of Santa Ana, plot fifteen, of sector zero two ten R forty and four; for the municipality of Izalco, plot four, of sector zero three zero six R zero one.

Traject two

Single Tram, point number three to point number four. On the northeast, on a sinuous line, by the central axis of the river El Salto del Muerto, until intercepting the extension of the property lindero that divides the plots forty and five of the sector zero two ten R forty and four and thirty-seven, of the sector zero three zero six R zero one, place where the point number four is located, with a distance of about one thousand two hundred eleven point seventy meters. Southeast, on a semi-record line, by plot liners, to intercept the southeast corner of the plot nine, of the sector zero two ten R forty-five, where the point number five is located, with an approximate distance of five thousand two hundred and eighty and one point forty-six meters. Trifinite Arrival Point. The point of arrival will be described as number eleven, which at the same time is a trifinite point for the municipalities of Santa Ana and El Congo, both of the department of Santa Ana and Izalco, of the department of Sonsonate. Its neighbors are, for the municipality of Santa Ana, the water mirror of the Lake of Coatepeque; for the municipality of El Congo, plot eighty-one, of sector zero two zero four R zero six; for the municipality of Izalco, plot thirty-three, of sector zero two zero four R zero six.

Art. 2.- This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
