1 index Legislative Decree No. 1051 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that the 4 of July 2010, was signed the framework agreement for cooperation between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador and the Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
II.-that the instrument referred to in the previous recital has been approved by agreement Executive No. 446/2012, 26 March 2012 and submitted to the Legislative Assembly for inclusion in El Salvador, current and positive law.
III.-that the instrument does not contain any provision contrary to the Constitution of the Republic, being from its ratification.
Therefore, in use of the power established in article 131, ordinal 7th of the Constitution in relation to Art. 168, ordinal 4th of the same, and at the initiative of the President of the Republic through the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Decree: Article 1.-ratified in all its parts the framework cooperation agreement between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador and the Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, which consists of a preamble and nine articles, signed on July 4, 2010, approved by the Executive Branch, by means of agreement No. 446/2012 March 26, 2012.
Article 2.-this Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the official journal.
