1 index Legislative Decree No. 1082 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that by Legislative Decree No. 756 of 28 July of the year 2005, published in the Official Journal No. 198, volume no. 369, of October 25 of 2005, adopted regulation within this House;
II.-that the Art.39, of the referred regulation Interior sets currently seventeen standing committees;
III.-that the Protocol of understandings signed by representatives of the parliamentary groups who will be represented in the legislature 2012-2015, sets the creation of other additional permanent commissions to the existing, which is mentioned in paragraph ten of the referred Protocol;
IV.-that to the provisions of regulation inside, are consistent with the agreements of the designated parliamentary groups, is coming to issue the corresponding reforms;
Therefore, use of his constitutional powers, and on the initiative of Deputies Othon Sigfrido Reyes Morales, José Francisco Merino López, Alberto Armando Romero Rodríguez, Lorraine Guadalupe Pena Mendoza, Irma Lourdes palaces Vásquez, and Mario Alberto Tenorio Guerrero.
DECREED: The following reforms to the internal regulation of the Legislative Assembly, as well: article 1.-reforming the Art.39, follows: "(ARTICULO 39.-Comisiones permanentes Las comisiones permanentes son: 1) policy." (2) legislation and constitutional issues. (3) Foreign Affairs, Central American integration and Salvadorans abroad. (4) justice and human rights. (5) culture and education. (6) public works, transport and housing. (7) Municipal Affairs. (8) economy. (9) finance and budget special.

Article 2.-this Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the official journal.
