THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
:
I.- by Legislative Decree No. 918, dated November 23, 2011, published in the Official Journal No. 236, Volume No. 393, of December 16 of the same year, the Budget Law for 2012 fiscal year, which in its Section B Special Budgets, Decentralized Institutions B.1 No Business, Roman II issued Expenses in the share of the National Hospital "San Juan de Dios", Santa Ana, left that body the total amount of $ 19,228,240, whose distribution level Funding Source corresponds $ 18,278,240 from the General Fund and $ 950,000 to Equity.
II.- by the Official Convention No. 01/2012 and No. 03/2012 Reasoned Resolution, both dated January 4, 2012, the "San Juan de Dios", Santa Ana, National Hospital has received resources concept of donation for the total amount of $ 72,630.89, which will be used to implement the "Day Hospital Mental Health Unit" program, in order to support the recovery of patients receiving treatment in that specialty.
III.- as provided for therein, the total amount of $ 72,630.89 above, the referral hospital has received to date the amount of $ 30,000 in advance, it will serve to implement this time services user services in the area of ​​mental health in the department of Santa Ana (including the municipalities of Metapán and Chalchuapa); the remaining $ 42,630.89 will be added later, after settlement of 80% of the advance to serve users throughout the west of the country.
IV.- That the purpose of enabling the use of those resources amounting to $ 30.000, it is necessary to make changes to the Budget Law, in order that the hospital can run the implementation of the Program.
THEREFORE,
in exercise of its constitutional powers and initiative of the President of the Republic, through the Minister of Finance, DECREES
:
