THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
:
I. That the existing boundary between the municipalities comprising the Department of Sonsonate, does not fit the this development of technology in land registration matters and measurement; nor to the current circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
II.- with the registration technology and photogrammetric models currently available by the National Registration Center; It is possible to perform a precise delimitation and demarcation of these boundaries.
III that has developed a process of dialogue between the municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Registration Center and the Geographic Institute and National Cadastre, reaching in this way to the drafting and signing of the municipal boundary Santa Isabel Ishuatán - SONSONATE with reference No. 0305 - 0315, which is taken as the basis for the content of this decree and is attached as an integral part thereof.
IV.- That pursuant to Art. 131 ordinal 5 of the Constitution is the responsibility of the State Body First enact, authentically interpret, amend and repeal secondary laws.
THEREFORE,

Art. 1. It is established as the boundary between the municipalities of Sonsonate and Santa Isabel Ishuatán both the Department of Sonsonate, the following:
