THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
:
I.- by Legislative Decree No. 756, dated 28 July 2005, published in the Official Journal No. 198, Volume No. 369, October 25, 2005, the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly was adopted.
II It is necessary to incorporate amendments to various articles of the regulation, to the effect that its provisions respond to the dynamics of the Assembly, and make viable the actions and procedures that this makes for better compliance with its purposes.
THEREFORE,
in exercise of its constitutional powers, on the initiative of Deputies Luis Roberto Angulo Samayoa, Carmen Elena Calderón Sol Escalon, Norma Guevara Ramirios Fidelia, Guillermo Gallegos Antonio Navarrete, Douglas Leonardo Mejia Aviles, and Rodolfo Antonio Parker Soto. DECREES
:
The following amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the Legislative Assembly, as follows:
Art. 1. incorporated in Art.26, paragraph 10) as follows:
"10) Appear to receive the warning had been imposed by the Board, following the recommendations of the Parliamentary Ethics Committee."
Art. 2. incorporate one second paragraph, the numeral 3) of Section 29, as follows, and consequently the current second and third paragraphs, become third and fourth paragraphs:
"The Committee may prevent the applicant so that within a maximum period of three working days send the indicated test. Should not be remedied prevention complaint, complaint or accusation, it will be declared inadmissible, referring the proceedings to file. "
Art. 3. reformed first and second paragraphs of Article 67 as well.

Art. 4. reformed the second paragraph of Art.70, thus:
"In the case of the draft Budget Law, which contains the General State Budget and Special Budgets of decentralized institutions, and the Wages Act and also reform these bodies of law, you may be omitted reading, where so provided in the legislative plenary, except in cases where requested waiver of procedures. "
Art. 5. This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
