INDEX LEGISLATIVE DECREE No. 45

THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
:
I.- on May 9, 2012 was signed the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on Financial Cooperation
2010. II.- the instrument referred to in previous paragraph to has been approved by Executive Order No. 902/2012, of June 4, 2012, and submitted for consideration by the Legislature for inclusion in the Salvadoran, effective and positive law.
III that the instrument does not contain any provision contrary to the Constitution, being from ratification.
THEREFORE,
in use of the power provided for in Art. 131, ordinal 7 of the Constitution in conjunction with Art. 168, ordinal 4 of the same, and at the initiative of the President of the Republic through Minister of Foreign Affairs. DECREES
:
Art. 1. is ratified in all its parts the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on Financial Cooperation 2010, which contains five articles, signed on May 9, 2012, approved by the Executive Branch by No. 902/2012 Agreement of 4 June 2012.
Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
