1 index Legislative Decree Nº 47 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that the June 7, 2012, was signed the agreement for cooperation and technical assistance between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador and Save The Children International.
II.-that the instrument referred to in the previous recital has been approved by agreement Executive Nº 968/2012, of June 15, 2012, and submitted to the Legislative Assembly for inclusion in El Salvador, current and positive law.
III.-that the instrument does not contain any provision contrary to the Constitution, being from its ratification.
Therefore, in use of the power established in article 131, ordinal 7th of the Constitution in relation to Art. 168, ordinal 4th of the same, and at the initiative of the President of the Republic through the Minister of Foreign Affairs, DECREES: article 1.-ratified in all its parts the agreement for cooperation and technical assistance between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador and Save The Children International which contains a preamble and articles IX, subscribed in Antiguo Cuscatlán, Republic of El Salvador, on June 7, 2012, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of El Salvador, by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, engineer Hugo Roger Martínez Bonilla, and on behalf of Save The Children International, by the Legal Representative, Mrs Ana Sonia de el Rosario Silva Urrutia , approved by the organ Executive, by means of agreement No. 968 / 2012, of the 15 of June of 2012.
Article 2.-the present Decree shall enter in force eight days after its publication in the daily official.
