II.-that the registry technology and models currently available photogrammetric by national records center; It is possible to carry out a delimitation and precise demarcation of those limits.
III. who has developed a process of dialogue between the municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Center of records and the geographical Institute of the national cadastre, reaching in this way to the drafting and signing of the Act of municipal limit AYUTUXTEPEQUE - CUSCATANCINGO with reference number 0603 - 0604, which is taken as the basis for the content of this Decree and is attached as an integral part of it.
IV.-that the Municipal Code in its article 23 establishes that it is Faculty of the Legislative Assembly to enact the definition of the territorial limits.
V pursuant to article 131 ordinal 5 ° of the Constitution is competition of this prime organ of the State Decree, authentically interpreted, reform and repeal secondary laws.

DECREES: Article 1.-is established as the boundary between the municipalities of Ayutuxtepeque, Cuscatancingo both of the Department of San Salvador, the following: the outline of the municipal boundary is composed of seven routes. The first route formed a section determined by two points, numbered from one to two, by way of land communication. The second made up of three sections path determined by four points, numbered from two to five, by hydrographic natural element. The third path made up of three sections determined by four 2 legislative index points, numbered from five to eight, by way of land communication. The fourth route formed a section determined by two points, numbered eight to nine, by hydrographic natural element. The fifth formed two sections path determined by three points, numbered from nine to eleven, by boundaries of parcels. The sixth formed two sections path determined by three points, numbered from eleven to thirteen, by way of land communication. The seventh and last ride consisting of a stretch, determined by two points, numbered from thirteen to fourteen, by boundaries of parcels.
