THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
.

DECREES the following:
AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW Organic Autonomous Executive Port Commission
Art. 1. To substitute in Article 7, first paragraph, letter c), by the following:.
"C) Two representatives of non-governmental sector, elected and appointed by the President of the Republic of an open candidates of the trade associations of private enterprise with legal personality listed, non-governmental organizations with legal personality related to agricultural theme Directors, industrial and commercial legal personality. Mentioned entities wishing to include in the list candidates must select them according to their national law. The procedures concerning the literal present shall be governed by regulation. "
Art. 2. Directors by farmers and industrialists organized into legally recognized associations and organized merchants and recognized in the same way, appointed by the Executive Branch in the Field of Public Works who are appointed to the date of entry into force of this Decree shall remain in office until August 31, 2012, unless already appointed representatives in accordance with this Decree or are in the process new appointments, according to the provisions of this reform, in which case will
