LEGISLATURE - REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR DECREE No. 71
THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR WHEREAS:
I. . That Article 219 of the Constitution establishes the administrative career; stating that it should ensure stability of public employees in office.
II. That by Legislative Decree No. 919, dated November 23, 2011,
published in the Official Gazette No. 236, Volume No. 393, of December 16 of the same year, the Wages Act for Fiscal Year Fiscal 2012 was approved which comprises in the part concerning the Branch of Government, only two places corresponding to the Holders lords and the payment of allowances for regular members of the National Commission for Civil Protection, Prevention and Disaster Mitigation, as well as the owners Advisory Board members.
III. That because of the provisions of the previous paragraphs, and in order to ensure
public employees stability in office, the Interior requires Branch carry out the transfer of 1,427 seats to the payment system Wages Act, Contracts from the system under which those who hold such spaces perform functions of a permanent nature, with a view to achieving the institutional goals and objectives.
IV. That to make possible the reference modification is necessary to introduce reforms
Wage Act for Fiscal Year Fiscal 2012 in the share of the Branch of Government.
THEREFORE, in exercise of its constitutional powers and initiative of the President of the Republic, through the Minister of Finance, DECREES: Art. 1.- Wage Act for Fiscal Year Fiscal 2012, Section I- WAGES WITH APPLICATION TO GENERAL STATE BUDGET, in part corresponds to the branch of the Interior, are incorporated in the Budget and Lines of Work Units are indicated below, the squares from the
