THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
.
I. That Article 168, Ordinal 15 of the Constitution provides attribution and obligation of the President of the Republic ensure the effective management and conduct of public affairs.

DECREES the following:
AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW OF ENVIRONMENTAL FUND OF EL SALVADOR
Art. 1. reformed in Article 6, point g), interspersed the second and third paragraphs and repealing the letter h), as follows:.
"G) Two representatives of non-governmental sector, elected and appointed by the President of the Republic, an open candidates of the trade associations of private enterprise with legal personality, NGOs related to environmental issues with legal personality and universities accredited by the Ministry of Education list. The procedures concerning the literal present shall be governed by regulation. "
"The entities mentioned in the previous letter, candidates who wish to include in the list, must select them according to their national law.
Candidates from Non-Governmental Organizations with legal personality, may not belong to the Boards of Directors of the specific accounts. "
Art. 2. The owner and substitute labor associations of Private Enterprise and non-governmental organizations with legal personality who are appointed to the date of entry into force of this Decree, representatives shall hold office until August 31 | || 2


LEGISLATIVE INDEX 2012, unless already appointed representatives in accordance with this Decree or are in the process of new appointments in accordance with the provisions of this reform, in which case it will not stood in for as it is held .
Art. 3. This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
