1 index Legislative Decree Nº 90 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that article 168, ordinal 15 ° of the Constitution, States that it is attribution and obligation of the President of the Republic to ensure the effective management and implementation of public affairs.
II. that by means of Legislative Decree No. 328 of date may 17, 1973, published in the official newspaper Nº 104, volume # 239, June 6 of the same year, was issued the law of the Social Fund for housing.
III.-that it is necessary to establish the legal powers that allow public administration select more competent private sector officials, through the opening and diversity of ideas; What must be the corresponding reforms to the law referred to in the previous recital.
Therefore, use of his constitutional powers and at the initiative of the President of the Republic, by the Minister of economy.
DECREES the following: reforms to the law of the Fund SOCIAL for the housing article 1.-replace in article 10, paragraph first, the letter f), with the following: "f) two representatives of employers elected governors and appointed by the President of the Republic, an open list of candidates of the employers who have duly approved legal personality." Entities mentioned in the literal present wishing to include candidates on the list, must select them according to its domestic".
Article 2.-the two Governors, representatives of the employers who are appointed to the date of entry into force of this Decree, will last in their functions until August 31, 2012, unless they have already been appointed governors in accordance to this decree or are new appointments according to the provisions of the present reform process in which case they will continue serving as soon as you do not perform this.
Article 3.-this Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the official journal.
