1 index Legislative Decree Nº 107 LA Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that the Faculty of natural sciences and mathematics, from the University of El Salvador, is promoting academic exchanges with international universities.
II.-that to achieve the above objectives, be introduced to the country team of different types that have been donated them, which will be used by the students of this faculty, through seminars training workshops which it is carrying out.
III.-that of conformity to them powers that to this Assembly Legislative you gives the Constitution of the Republic, is from exonerate of the payment of taxes, including warehousing, that can cause the introduction to the country of said donation.
Therefore, in use of its powers constitutional and to initiative of the deputies Lorena Guadalupe Peña Mendoza, Carmen Elena Calderon of step and Mariela penalty Pinto.
Decree: Article 1.-absolve itself the Faculty of natural sciences and mathematics, from the University of El Salvador, from the payment of taxes, including warehousing, except for the tax on the transfer of movable property and to the provision of services (VAT), which can cause the introduction to the country the following donation: two (2) balances pesola type; two (2) binoculars; one (1) Caliper (foot of King); two (2) camera for microscopes DCM; one (1) Camera Canon G12; four (4) 512 Mb RAM chips; one (1) diameter (DBH); tape (1) tape measure (50m); one (1) densiometro; a (1) flash for camera Canon macro lens; a GPS Trimble ProXT (1); two (2) leather gloves; twelve (12) Laptop HP 6910 p; one (1) lens 200 mm zoom for camera Canon; a (1) 60mm macro lens for Canon camera; (1) portable pH meter; four (4) networks of mist; Brix Refractometer (1); an infrared thermometer (1); fifty (50) thermometers i-Buttons + reader; and one (1) tube of micro - centrifuge (1.5 ml).
Granted exemption, is without prejudice to the surveillance and control that the respective tax agencies shall exercise.
Article 2.-the present Decree shall enter in force from the day of its publication in the daily official.
