1 index Legislative Decree No. 120 LA Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that the General provisions of budgets, which are applicable to all operations resulting from the implementation of the General budget in charge of the Central Government units have been issued by Legislative Decree No. 3 of date of December 23, 1983, published in the Official Journal No. 239, volume no. 281 of the 23rd of the same month and year, as well as which arise from the execution of the respective budgets special of the institutions official autonomous.
II.-that article 95 of the concerned provisions establish, that anyone, civilian or military, can earn over one salary from public funds, subject to the exceptions referred to in the same provision.

Decree: Article 1.-Adicionase to article 95, the ordinal 25º, thus: "25º in Secretary of culture is may remunerate by presentations as solo musicians of the Symphony Orchestra of El Salvador, in addition to its mode of contract".
Article 2.-this Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Gazette 2 index legislative.
