III. who has developed a process of dialogue between the municipal governments involved with the assistance of the National Center of records and the geographical Institute and the national land registry, reaching in this way to the drafting and signing of the Act of municipal limit METAPAN-- hot water with reference no. 0207 - 0401, which is taken as the basis for the content of this Decree and attached as an integral part of it.
IV.-in accordance to article 131 ordinal 5th of the Constitution is competition of this organ of the State Decree, authentically interpreted, reform and repeal laws secondary.

Trifinio arrival point.
