1 index Legislative Decree No. 174 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that published in the Official Journal No. 206, volume no. 393, of 4 November of the same year, waived for the period of a year to the Foundation by Decree legislative No. 879, dated October 13, 2011, help me to live , introduction to the country of drugs and reagents.
II.-that by the work carried out the Foundation help me to live in favor of girls and children who suffer from leukaemia in the country, still requiring the importation of drugs and reagents.
III.-that is appropriate to extend for a period of one year, for the reasons previously given, and with the purpose of contributing to the aforementioned Foundation to achieve its objectives, the effects established in the decree referred to in recital first of this Decree.
Therefore, use of his constitutional powers and at the initiative of the deputies Carmen Elena Calderón de Escalón, Margarita Escobar, Silvia Estela Ostorga de Escobar, Claudia Luz Ramírez García, Heidy Carolina Mira Saravia, Mariela Pena Pinto and Patricia Elena Valdivieso Gallardo, and the deputies Alberto Armando Romero Rodríguez, Roberto José Munguía, Reynaldo Antonio López Cardoza, dAubuisson Ernesto Antonio Angulo Milla , Eduardo Enrique Barrientos Zepeda, Manuel Orlando Cabrera Candray, Adam Cortez, Julius Cesar Fabian Perez, Felix Agreda Chachagua, César Humberto Garcia Aguilera, big Jesus, Vicente Hernández Gómez, Wilfredo Iraheta Sanabria, Jose maximum Madriz Serrano, Mario Marroquin Mejia, Jose Gabriel Murillo Duarte, Sigifredo Ochoa Perez, Francisco Eduardo Ortiz Amaya, Santos Adelmo Rivas Rivas, Lorenzo Rivas Echeverria, Manuel Rigoberto Soto Lazo, Mario Alberto Tenorio Warrior and Edwin Victor Alejandro Zamora David.
Decree: Article 1.-extended for the period of one year, the effects established in the Decree legislative No. 879, dated October 13, 2011, published in the Official Journal No. 206, volume no. 393 of 4 November of the same year.
The Foundation quarterly inform this House over the whole of the goods entered the country, covered in this Decree.
