1 Decree No. 210 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that in accordance with article 131, ordinal 11 ° of the Constitution, Faculty of this legislature is to enact, in General, benefits and tax incentives or of any nature, for the promotion of cultural, scientific, agricultural, industrial, or other.
II.-that the rheumatic diseases represent a syndrome encompassing a number of pathologies, such as: rematoides, disease or juvenile rematoides arthritis arthritis still, lupus, schematic sclerosis, spondylitis, gout and osteoporosis among others.
III.-that these disorders clinical, non-operative Musculoskeletal and connective tissue, have as one of its major symptoms pain, representing greater difficulty for their treatment and high complication when they appear earlier in life, thus being boys, girls and adolescents who suffer from this type of disease, mostly representing only that sector of the population , the seventh place among the chronic diseases of childhood.
IV. that pursuant to the above, is that this organ of State declared on 16 October of every year, "National day of the child and the child with RHEUMATIC disease", in order to create awareness in the society about the effects of this disease.

DECREES: Article 1.-declared October 16 every year, "National day of the child and the child with RHEUMATIC disease", in order to create awareness in society about the effects of this disease.
