1 Decree No. 215 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that October 31, 2012, the legislative plenary met the request of the Director of Ceremonial diplomat in the sense is granted permission to the Lady Directora of the training centre for the restoration, conservation and dissemination of the Cultural heritage, Dr. Leticia Concepción Escobar of Vasquez so that you can accept the award on the degree of "Ufficiale" of the star of Italian solidarity, which has been given by the Government of Italy.
