1 DECREE No. 214

THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
:
I. That the October 31, 2012, the Legislative Plenary met the motion of several Deputies, name the Director of Ceremonial Diplomatic in that permission be granted to the Minister of Justice and Public Safety and David Victoriano Munguia Payes, so you can accept the award on the degree of "Commendatore" of the Star of Italian Solidarity, which he has given the Government of Italy.
II.- That pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 23º of Art. 131 of the Constitution, it is appropriate to grant the requested permit.
THEREFORE,
in use his constitutional authority established in Art. 131, 23º Ordinal initiative of Deputies, Francisco Roberto Lorenzana Durán, José Roberto D'Aubuisson Munguía and Guadalupe Lorena Peña Mendoza. DECREES
:
Art. 1. Give yourself permission to Salvadoran citizen and Minister of Justice and Public Security David Munguia Payes Victoriano, so you can accept the award on the degree of "Commendatore" of the Star of Italian Solidarity, conferred on it by the Government of Italy .
Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
